I've been in land surveying for almost 25 years and eating wings just about as long. I tasted my first
wings in 1979 in a little place called "Wing's n things" in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I ordered ten medium
wings and my mouth was on fire. I downed a pitcher of beer, all the water on the table and even a couple
of cokes to put out the fire. Over the years my spice tolerance has increased exponentially. Now, if I
down a pitcher of beer with my wings, I take my time. There is nothing like a plate of hot, crispy,
Buffalo wings with friends around the table to enjoy them with. It's one of my favorite things. Enjoy.
