These medium sized, Buffalo style wings will burn your lips.
Great bleu cheese and several imported beers. Mat says,"These Wings
are great! They actually have 6 degrees of Heat:mild, medium, hot,
nuclear, 3 mile island, and insanity. I have had the hot and nuclear,
both of wich I ate without bleu cheese (I never eat wings with bleu
cheese, never!) Although I did not use bleu cheese these wings are
incredibly hot, but not so hot that there was no flavor. A really
good tingle and burn." Mat, I like the bleu cheese with celery and carrots.
It's a good contrast in flavor to the fiery wing. Don't forget to rinse.
