Maryland
Baltimore
Bill Bateman's Express
6261 Kenwood Ave
(410)-866-8490
These medium sized buffalo wings will make you sweat. Great bleu cheese
and lots of imports. Nick says, "Bill Batemens is known for their
wings and beer in MD. They have a wide varity of sauces but their
hell wings are the best. I noticed in the reviews that Dead Freedies
was in there as well and thats great. I go there all the time for their
wings, they also kick ass. I recently drove cross country and really
wanted to try different wings across america. It turned out to be a
great dissapointment when I realized that west of the Mississippi,
wings are hard to find. That kinda bummed me out, but Maryland has an
outstanding selection of wings. Great Page. Bye, Nick" That's why this
web page exists, so that we'll know where to find the wings. (This has
been a public service announcement.)
Pickle's Pub
520 Washington Blvd
(410)-752-1784
These medium sized, lightly breaded wings will make burn your lips.
Fair bleu cheese and lots of imports. Michele and Gerald say, "The
wings here are great and the sauces range from mild to Nueclear hot.
The fries are great too."
Kisling's Tavern
2100 Fleet St (Canton)
410-327-5477
Baltimore, and especially the area of Canton, is home to the best wings in the country. It's difficult to find a bar in Canton
that has anything less than great wings. Kisling's is the best, and does 10 cent wings on Sunday, then the best of the rest
are Claddagh Pub, Nacho Mama's, Looney's Pub; All on the Same Street. For a wing road trip, hit Canton and these 4 bars will
NOT dissapoint. Buffalo may have invented the dish, but Baltimore has made it their own. I've had wings all over this land,
and I will always know that Canton is the epicenter of Wingdom.
Nacho Mama's
2907 O'Donnell St (Canton)
410-675-0898
This place is fun as hell, and serves up some of the best spicy food you'll ever have. Be careful here. They are not joking
around when they say a dish is hot. I can't even handle their boneless buffalo wings. For those that really like the heat this
is the place for you. I'm normally a buffalo wing guy, but their Jerk wings are out of this world, so I always go Jerk style
here. Insanely great margaritas will help wash it down. Get the large, so it's served in a hubcap with a bunch of straws. This
joint is awesome.
Claddagh Pub
2918 O'Donnell St (Canton)
410-522-4220
Not only are their hot wings great- nice heat, not overpowering though, but they've also got spicy buffalo shrimp, called
Firecracker style. This pub has excellent fare, and their wings, awesome cold beer selection and spicy shrimp set this place
off!
Looney's Pub
2900 O'Donnell St
410-675-9235
Looney's is another wonderfully enjoyable bar with perfect buffalo wings. Hot as you want 'em, great cold beer selection and
sports on the tubes. The great thing is, Looney's, Claddagh Pub, and Nacho Mama's are literally a stone's throw away from each
other in Canton Square. These great wing joints form the Buffalomuda Triangle. And what's even better news, Kisling's Tavern,
with the best wings I've ever had, is a quick walk/drive away. For some of the best wings of your life, head to Canton in
Baltimore. You owe it to yourself. Once you leave you'll understand that no city compares to Baltimore when it comes to wing
prowess!
College Park
Cluck-U Chicken
7415-A Baltimore Avenue
(301) 699-0345
Cluck-U is just off campus from the University of Maryland. I enjoyed these medium-sized breaded wings throughout my college
days- drunk and sober of course. Good prices, tons of different sauces and levels, and you can even get your fries tossed in
the hot sauces too. Damn good chicken sandwiches as well! Delivery also an option. Very good wing joint. I usually go the
Atomic level so I can eat more of the wings as opposed to going any hotter whereas I can't handle more than a couple.
Essex
Applebees
7760 Eastpoint Mall
(410)-288-0133
Medium sized buffalo wings, tame sauce, great bleu cheese and cold
imports. Mike and Irene say, "They tasted well enough that they
have us on the internet searching for a recipe so we can make them at
home. We very much enjoyed them"
Parkville

Dead Freddies (sic)
7209 Harford Rd
(410)-254-8373
Big, meaty, buffalo style wings, tasty, burn your lips hot sauce,
great bleu cheese and cold imports. Justin says,"Every tue night is
20 wings and a pitcher of domestic beer for $8.75. what a deal.
get the #3s, the #4s are all heat and no flavor."
Is #4 what killed Freddie?
