Cleveland

Jenkins Deli
88 Mouse Creek Rd Nw
(423)-479-5315
These medium sized, lightly breaded wings will put fire to your lips. No mention of bleu cheese or beer. David says,"I personally like wings with NO bleu cheese. I usualy get an extra cup of the wing sauce, I love it dearly. Jenkins is not the hottest I have had, but its still great. You can smell them from across the room. Very good wing."

Gatlinburg

Hard Rock Cafe
515 Parkway
(423)-430-7625
These meaty, Buffalo style wings are spicy. Great bleu cheese and several imported beers. Jay says,"Good portions with these wings, great taste!!!!! Plenty of meat, lots of good blue cheese. These wing's weren't quite hot enough for my taste but still had a little burn. I recommend an order of the onion rings(they're primo!!) and a cold brew. P.S. can't beat the atmosphere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Knoxville

Calhoun's Restaurant
10020 Kingston Pike.
(423)-673-3444
These medium sized, Buffalo style wings are spicy. Fair bleu cheese and lots of imported beers. Tumpy4 says,"This restaurant is known for ribs, but their wings are pretty good. Being a Buffalo native, I am picky about my wings. These wings are meaty, slightly hot and have a mustard-sweet overtone. They brew their own beer which really compliments the wings well." Tennessee home brew, imagine that.
